1827 – Dec. 18 – St. Paul’s was incorporated – Pr. Meyerhofer (1827-1828)
Original land grant from Holland Land Company 50 acres in Cheektowaga
Second land grant 1 acre at current location

1831 First building erected
1841 – May 31 – Congregation was re-incorporated
1841-1844 – Rev. Schmidt
1844 – First Parish Record book begun – Rev. Bindemann (1844-1946)
1846-1848 – Rev. Forschner – died while serving
1848-1852 – Rev. C. Albert Ebert
1852-1853 – Rev. Walther
1853-1858 – Rev. J.P. Conradi
1858-1861 – Rev, William Schmidt
1861-1865 – Rev. Gustav Bochert
record of one parish member serving in the Civil War – Johann Diegel – killed at 2nd Bull Run
1865-1896 – Rev. Adolph Boettger
1872 – First Constitution written (in German) and adopted
– first Council Minutes Book started (in German)
1874 – First building torn down and replaced
1879 – August 7 – Fire destroyed church, parsonage, sheds and neighbor’s house and barn
1879 – Oct. 5 – cornerstone laid for new church building
1896 – Nov. 23 – Rev. Boettger died while serving. His last pastoral act was a baptism.
