Steve came to St. Paul’s in the fall of 2013 as the mission pastor and developer.  He grew up in WNY but moved away for several years for school and to launch his first church.  In 2002, he and his family moved back and he has been working in the greater WNY community in churches, the fire service and private counseling.  He is a huge and long suffering Bills fan, lives in Clarence Center, loves good craft beers and long walks on the beach.

Paul has been with St. Paul’s as their lead musician since 1994.  He is an accomplished organist and pianist, but he loves the accordion above them all!

Andrew has been our sound engineer for WNY Church Unleashed and is joining the staff to help us continue, propel and grow our digital media outreach to the community around us and across the country. He’ll be at St. Paul’s some Sundays running the sound/video room (his sanctuary balcony office), training/managing that team and taking some of our onsite ministries into the digital and global world! What we learned in the pandemic is that St. Paul’s has been truly unleashed into the world to share the good news of Jesus. Now Andrew is our staff person that will help make that happen!

Jeff joined the St. Paul’s team in 2021. He is our handyman extraordinaire- if it’s broke, Jeff can fix it. Additionally, Jeff handles the details around the events held on church property. Jeff lives locally, with his family and two beloved Huskies.

Jordan has worked as the Director of Youth Ministry since February 2025. Jordan has attended worship at St. Paul’s since childhood and has worked and volunteered as staff at LCLC since 2021. He is currently finishing up a degree at SUNY Brockport in Physical Education. He loves being active, with a special interest in volleyball and snowboarding. He’s excited to get to know and guide the youth at St. Paul’s.
