1950 – Parish Hall was badly damaged by fire
1952 – Rev. Martin died while serving. His last pastoral act was a baptism.
1953-1967 – Rev. John Kinzel
1954 – Cornerstone laid for reconstruction of Parish Hall; Parish Hall connected to church and office space added.
At the same time the old parsonage (ca. 1900) was moved to 742 Longmeadow Rd. and a new parsonage
was built, which still stands.
1954 – First woman elected to Church Council
